At Early Settler, we want you to love your new home additions, which is why we offer a flexible returns policy for items that don't quite fit your space or style. If you change your mind, you can return your purchase within 30 days, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, unassembled condition and within the 30-day return window. Please note that custom orders and clearance items are generally excluded from change-of-mind returns.

  Contact Customer Care

  Reach out to our support team via our online portal or visit your local Early Settler showroom with your proof of purchase to initiate the return process.

  Arrange Transport

  For smaller items, you can drop them off at your nearest store; for larger furniture pieces, our team will help you coordinate a courier collection at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or store credit, excluding any original or return delivery fees, within 5-7 business days.
